The Grim is by far my favorite of all my fixed blade knives. I carry this knife every day 24/7 all the time. It holds a great edge, it’s nice, thin and very slicy. I just used it to clean a turkey a few days ago and it performed great!

I contacted Dale about making me a custom Chefs knife in Damascus and he definitely came through for me. I’ve always wanted one and he came highly recommended to me from several tattoo and machine builder colleagues. He made the handle color custom for me as well! I just love it. It’s straight, sharp and the Damascus ladder pattern is truly beautiful. So then I asked Dale to make me a matching grim knife! This I’m using basically as a paring knife. The handle color is the same and the Damascus pattern on it is so beautiful. These knifes will be here forever and I’m sure I’ll pass them down when I get too old to wield these knives in the kitchen. (Ha! Over my dead body! I’ll be rocking these forever!)
